Job Description -
- Take ownership of the end-to-end activity of monitoring the Driver app and GPS devices installation
- Ensure all the devices are in the upgraded version and it should not affect the operations.
- Confident in troubleshooting and investigating customers' real-time operational issues with respect to Basic software issues, Driver app.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
- Prepare regular reports of progress to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
