Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and other lead generation channels.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT, software development, cybersecurity, AI, and digital solutions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.




- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities and industry trends.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company in business meetings, conferences, and networking events when required.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Corporate Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with lead generation through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and outbound sales activities.
- Understanding of software development services, cybersecurity solutions, AI services, or digital marketing is preferred.
