Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with candidates from selection until final deployment.
- Explain job details, salary, advantages and employment terms to candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, medicals, documentation and visa processing.
- Follow up with candidates regularly and ensure timely completion of requirements.
- Maintain candidate records, trackers and daily status updates.
- Coordinate with sourcing, visa, emigration and accounts teams.
- Handle candidate queries and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.
- Meet assigned recruitment and deployment targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Organised, proactive and target-oriented.
- Comfortable using Excel, Outlook and WhatsApp.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
