The opportunity
We're looking for a talented Interior Designer or Architect (4–7 yrs) ready to step into leadership. You'll have a team of junior designers under you to handle execution and day-to-day drawing work - so you can focus on leading projects, mentoring the team, and helping win new business, with performance based incentives that reward every project you bring in. If you've got design skill *and* commercial drive, this is where both pay off.
What you'll do
- Sales & business development: meet prospective clients, present design solutions, and convert enquiries into signed projects - the core of your incentive earnings
- Lead projects from concept to completion and hold the design quality bar
- Direct your junior designers - Assign execution, layouts, and drawings, then review and elevate their work
- Produce GFC drawings/ 3D's yourself when a project demands it
- Mentor and grow the team through regular reviews and feedback
What we're looking for
- 4–7 years in interior design / architecture with a strong portfolio
- Confident with GFC drawings/ 3D visualisation
- A commercial mindset - comfortable with clients and closing projects
- A natural mentor who can lead a team and grow into greater leadership
Compensation & growth
Base ₹50,000–₹60,000/month high performance based incentives - the more projects you help close, and the bigger they are, the more you earn. Clear pathway to higher fixed pay and leadership as you deliver and the studio grows.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
