We are looking for a Information Technology Support Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OKTA, JAMF, macOS, Google Workspace, Freshservice, SSO, and IT support.The role involves providing technical support to employees, managing IT systems and endpoints, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting identity and access management, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT setting.The ideal candidate should have a problem-solving mindset, a "figuring it out" attitude, and a strong willingness to learn and take ownership of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshooting to employees.
- Manage and support OKTA for user authentication, access management, and SSO.
- Work with OAuth and SAML protocols for authentication and application integrations.
- Configure and manage OKTA workflows and automation.
- Support JAMF for Mac device management, configuration, application deployment, and security policies.
- Manage and troubleshoot macOS devices and related issues.




- Administer Google Workspace (G Suite) including user accounts, access, permissions, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and resolve IT requests through Freshservice / IT ticketing systems.
- Perform basic network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot laptop, software, network, email, authentication, and connectivity-related issues.
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, access provisioning, device setup, and access revocation.
- Maintain IT asset and user access records.
- Monitor and resolve support tickets within defined timelines.
- Document recurring issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues when required.
- Work closely with management and internal teams to resolve IT-related requirements.
- Follow IT security policies and ensure proper access controls are maintained.
