Experience & Qualification:
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in talent management, HR strategy, or organizational development.
- Robust understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management frameworks.
- Experience in Managerial development, coaching, and succession planning.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
- Possess exceptional computer skills and be highly proficient in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel & HR tools.
- Industrial MNC company experience.

Position Interfaces with
:
Functional Heads, Hiring Managers in the organization & Service providers.

Reports:
MIS Report, Recruitment Tracker, Exit interview feedback report , performance reports
