- Set Goals: Translate company targets into daily and weekly team objectives.
- Delegate Tasks: Assign work fairly based on each person's skills and strengths.
- Monitor Performance: Track output, measure metrics, and report progress to management.
- Coach & Train: Provide guidance, feedback, and skill development for team members.
- Solve Problems: Resolve workplace conflicts and explicit roadblocks to keep workflows smooth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
