About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, analytical, and result-oriented Performance Marketer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing and mandatory professional experience in the EdTech / Education industry.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, campaign optimization, conversion tracking, analytics, and performance marketing strategy, along with a strong understanding of the EdTech lead-generation and admission funnel.

The candidate will be responsible for taking complete ownership of paid marketing campaigns and driving measurable results across lead generation, lead quality, course enquiries, admissions, customer acquisition, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities




- Develop and execute end-to-end performance marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, admissions, revenue, and ROI.
- Independently manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Take complete ownership of campaign strategy, execution, budget allocation, optimization, and overall performance.
- Conduct advanced audience research, keyword research, competitor analysis, and market analysis relevant to the EdTech industry.
- Build and optimize campaigns across different stages of the marketing funnel, from awareness and lead generation to conversion and admission.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets to achieve efficient lead acquisition, conversion, and ROI.
- Develop and execute A/B testing strategies for creatives, ad copies, audiences, offers, landing
