As a CRM Technical Qualified, you will be responsible for the development, customization, and maintenance of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, CRM functional consultants, and other technical team members to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the organization's requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM concepts, as well as hands-on technical expertise in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- CRM Development: Develop and customize CRM solutions to meet business requirements using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and CRM platform-specific tools. This includes designing and implementing custom entities, workflows, business rules, forms, reports, APIs integration, Payment Integration and Third-Party integrations.
- Technical Design: Collaborate with CRM functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.

- Configuration and Customization: Configure CRM systems based on business rules and processes. Customize existing functionalities by extending the platform's capabilities using custom code, plugins, web resources, or other relevant tools.
