P.E. Erectors Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting, GST, statutory compliance, and financial documentation at our Head Office in Garia.

The ideal candidate should have robust accounting fundamentals, hands-on experience with GST and financial operations, and a keen eye for accuracy and financial controls. Exposure to Internal Audit will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries, invoicing, vendor payments, and ledger maintenance
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, and related compliance
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports and management reporting
- Support internal and statutory audit processes
- Assist in reviewing accounting records, supporting documents, and financial controls
- Identify discrepancies and assist in implementing corrective measures




- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with accounting and taxation regulations
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams as required

Preferred candidate profile
- Exposure to Internal Audit / audit coordination will be an added advantage
- Experience in engineering, EPC, industrial, or project-based organizations preferred
- Knowledge of payroll-related accounting will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently in a structured, execution-driven environment

Required Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / Finance or related discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and GST platforms
