2. Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain QA systems, inspection protocols, and SOPs for incoming, in-process, and final product quality.

· Oversee and conduct quality inspections during project assembly, pre-dispatch, and customer handover.

· Lead internal audits, prepare quality reports, and support external audits or customer inspections.

· Handle NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), root cause analysis, and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).

· Ensure calibration and maintenance of quality instruments and tools.

· Work with cross-functional teams (design, production, projects) to implement quality improvements and resolve recurring issues.

· Establish quality metrics and monitor trends to drive process improvements.

· Train team members and operators on quality standards, inspection techniques, and safety compliance.

· Maintain traceability and documentation of all quality records and ensure ISO or customer compliance as required.

· Interface with customers on quality-related concerns, feedback, and resolution.

3. Key Competencies

· Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools (e.g., 7QC tools, FMEA, 5 Why)

· Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality standards

· Hands-on experience with inspection instruments (vernier, micrometer, etc.)

· Excellent analytical and documentation skills

· Eye for detail and commitment to zero-defect delivery

· Communication and problem-solving abilities

· Familiarity with control plans and quality documentation

· Leadership and team supervision

4. Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.

5. Experience:

· 4–6 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in manufacturing, automation, or industrial engineering environments.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per year
