Job Description :- Cook N Klean is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns to join our team. This internship provides an prospect to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, and basic HR operations.
Responsibilities:-
Source and identify suitable candidates for various roles. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Contact candidates and explain job and internship opportunities. Schedule and coordinate interviews. Follow up with candidates during the recruitment process. Maintain candidate information and recruitment records. Assist with onboarding and other HR activities. Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment tasks. Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. Comfortable communicating with candidates through phone and messages. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets is preferred. Willingness to learn and work independently. Freshers and students pursuing MBA, PGDM, BBA, B.Com or related courses can apply.
Stipend and Benefits:- Performance-based stipend: Rs. 1,200 to Rs. 6,000+ Internship completion certificate. Certificate of Completion (COC).
Letter of Recommendation (LOR) based on performance.
Practical experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home Duration: 45 Days
Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
