Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our automobile dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads, understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable vehicles, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through showroom walk-ins, telephone calls, referrals, field visits, and digital platforms.
- Attend to customers and understand their vehicle requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, variants, pricing, offers, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
- Arrange and conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.




- Follow up with prospective customers regularly and convert leads into bookings and sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups in the CRM/DMS.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange, accessories, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist customers throughout the booking, documentation, payment, and vehicle delivery process.
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and local marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on recent vehicle launches, product features, competitor models, pricing, and market trends.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive showroom experience.
- Follow dealership/company policies and maintain professional standards.
