Role Description

The Service Delivery Manager - Network is a full-time, hybrid role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees end-to-end delivery of network-related services, ensuring service levels are met, incidents are resolved efficiently, and changes are implemented with minimal disruption.



The person in this position coordinates with internal technical teams and external stakeholders to plan, monitor, and improve service performance, while maintaining explicit communication on status, risks, and resolutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing SLAs, leading service review meetings, tracking customer issues, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives for network operations. The role also involves producing documentation and reports, supporting audits and compliance, and mentoring team members to uphold high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate the current state of our network automation capabilities. Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, translating business requirements into actionable user stories and a comprehensive automation roadmap (including enhancements to existing scripts and net-new use cases).
