We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to join our construction team for PWD/LSGD road and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in road construction, site supervision, quantity estimation, measurements, and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day road construction and civil works at project sites.
- Handle PWD/LSGD road works, including earthwork, subgrade, WMM, DBM/BC, drainage, culverts, and related works.
- Ensure construction is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and quality standards.
- Prepare and verify site measurements, quantity calculations, RA bills, and work records.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, PWD/LSGD officials, and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor material usage, workmanship, productivity, and site progress.
- Maintain daily site reports, measurement books, checklists, photographs, and other project documentation.
- Assist in preparing estimates, rate analysis, BOQ, and variations when required.




- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project schedules.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
- Support inspections and ensure compliance with departmental requirements.

Requirements
- B.Tech/B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in PWD/LSGD road and infrastructure works.
- Valuable knowledge of road construction methods, materials, measurements, and quality control.
- Experience with BOQ, quantity estimation, billing, and site documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is preferred.
- Valuable communication, coordination, and site-management skills.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel locally as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
