Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing
- Post job openings on multiple platforms and maintain databases
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- Specialized training or certification in HR (preferred but not mandatory)




Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of proven experience in HR recruitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and able to multitask efficiently
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
