Key Responsibilities

Quality Systems

1. Develop, implement and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
2. Create inspection plans, SOPs, checklists and work instructions.
3. Define incoming, in-process and final inspection procedures.
4. Establish NCR, CAPA and root-cause analysis processes.
5. Drive continuous improvement.

Product Quality

1. Inspect electrical control panels.
2. Verify wiring harness quality, including crimping, routing, labelling and workmanship.
3. Check torque tightening records.
4. Verify BOM compliance.
5. Ensure correct connector types and wiring.
6. Conduct electrical functional testing.
7. Approve final product quality before dispatch by verifying mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, firmware/software, customer-specific parameters and functional performance.

Software & Configuration Control

1. Verify that the correct firmware/software is loaded into controllers and chargers.
2. Maintain software version control.
3. Ensure configuration files match customer requirements.
4. Maintain programming records and traceability.





Production Planning (PPC)

1. Coordinate production schedules with Sales and Stores.
2. Identify material shortages before production.
3. Help prioritize urgent customer orders.
4. Monitor WIP and bottlenecks.
5. Improve production flow.
6. Coordinate with Procurement to ensure material availability.

Supplier Quality

1. Inspect incoming components.
2. Audit local suppliers.
3. Drive supplier corrective actions.

Ideal Candidate

1. B.E. in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics (Diploma candidates with relevant experience will also be considered).
2. 5–8 years of relevant experience.
3. Experience in electrical panels, must have wiring harnesses, industrial automation and EV systems (preferred).
4. Able to use multimeters, insulation testers, torque tools and basic CAN/software tools.
5. Comfortable creating Excel trackers and quality documentation.
