Technical Program Manager (TPM) - Salesforce DeliveryPosition Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead Salesforce delivery and enterprise system integration projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, Agile, and stakeholder management skills, with hands-on experience in delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and cross-functional integration programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising Development, QA, Business, and Customer stakeholders.
- Drive Salesforce delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove delivery impediments as Scrum Master.
- Oversee enterprise system integrations, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, budgets,



and stakeholder communication.
- Stakeholder management , Account Mining , Account Farming etc.
- Contribute to the growth of Salesforce Practice.
- Mentor teams and ensure delivery quality, governance, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills
- 14+ years of overall IT experience with 7+ years in Project/Program Management.
- 8+ years of Salesforce delivery experience (mandatory).
- Solid experience in Salesforce implementations, system integrations, and Agile/Scrum.
- Hands-on knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP, middleware (MuleSoft/Dell Boomi), and enterprise integrations.
- Experience managing SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud, Platform App Builder)
