Role Description
The Commis Chef role at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters is a full-time, on-site position based in Chandigarh, India. The Commis Chef will assist in daily kitchen operations,



including food preparation, basic cooking, and plating dishes in line with brand standards. Responsibilities include supporting senior kitchen staff, following recipes and portion guidelines, maintaining high hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. The role also involves proper storage and handling of ingredients, minimizing waste, and helping with inventory checks. The Commis Chef will collaborate closely with the café team to deliver a consistent, high-quality food experience that complements Blue Tokai’s specialty coffee offerings.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Food Preparation and Cooking skills, with a basic understanding of kitchen operations and recipes.
