Your Responsibilities

As a Home Furnishing Consultant, you will:
- Stay up to date with home furnishing trends and customers need to create inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions.




- Engage with customers to provide professional whole-room design consultations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Relations and your designated trinity team, to effectively implement daily work plans. • Use global tools and best practices to ensure high-quality, effective, and simple design solutions.
- Contribute innovative ideas in workshops by leveraging knowledge of retail, competitors, and customer insights.
- Guide customers through the purchasing, design, and after-sales processes for a smooth and convenient experience.
- Maintain IKEAs brand identity, values, and vision while delivering outstanding service.
