Achieve sales targets through effective strategy execution.
Monitor and analyze competitors and market trends.
2. Channel Management:
Establish and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and retail partners.
Ensure timely delivery and service support.
Implement promotional activities with channel partners.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Develop strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Provide post-sales support and address customer concerns.
Organize product training and awareness sessions for customers and dealers.
4. Reporting Administration:
Maintain records of sales performance and report to senior management.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and plans.




Provide market intelligence and customer feedback for improvements.
5. Team Collaboration Support:
Collaborate with marketing to devise brand awareness and lead generation strategies.
Work closely with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Education: Any Graduate.
Experience: 3-4 years in sales (inverter/battery or consumer electronics industry).
Skills:
o Strong understanding of the inverter and battery market.
o Proven sales and channel management experience.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
