ole Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in . In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s goals. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong employer brand,



building talent pipelines, and collaborating with hiring teams to fulfill their recruitment needs. The role requires coordination and communication to enhance candidate experience and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting methodologies
- Experience in Interviewing and Hiring for diverse roles and levels
- Capability in developing and managing Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across various functions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
- Previous experience in IT, technology, or fintech recruitment preferred but not required
