Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for US IT roles through various channels such as Dice, Ceipal, and other job boards.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current hires.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
- Proficiency in using tools like Dice, Ceipal, etc. for sourcing and screening purposes.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment processes including interview coordination.
