Role & responsibilities

Serve as the on-ground programme coordination and delivery interface for the assigned State/UT, enabling quality proposals, convergence, implementation monitoring, district handholding and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with the State/UT nodal department, districts, line departments and BGFs for VVP-II implementation.
- Support preparation, quality review and timely submission of works/projects and related documentation.
- Map State/UT-level gaps in welfare saturation, livelihoods, infrastructure, skilling, tourism and energisation.
- Track physical and financial progress; maintain dashboards, issue trackers and action-taken reports.
- Facilitate convergence with relevant schemes and departmental programmes.
- Conduct approved field visits, verify implementation status and escalate critical constraints.
- Support State/UT and district review meetings, training and handholding of functionaries.
- Submit periodic reports, data updates,



briefing notes and inputs for QPRs and national reviews.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in Digital VVP/OMS and follow up on data-quality issues.

Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate must have MBA degree from a recognised university, preferably with B.Tech. or equivalent degree; minimum 8 years in management, planning, project execution framework, monitoring/review, dashboard analysis or data analysis.
- Candidate must have hands on experience on following skills State and district coordination; field programme implementation; monitoring and evaluation; government systems; scheme convergence; stakeholder facilitation; proposal review; dashboard/MIS reporting; analytical writing; training and handholding; CSR; Grant Management; local context awareness
