Role Purpose -The position is responsible for managing the organization's treasury operations, banking relationships, liquidity planning, working capital optimization, trade finance instruments (LCs/BGs/SBLCs), compliance management, and treasury process automation. The role ensures effective cash flow management, optimal utilization of banking facilities, regulatory compliance, and technology-driven treasury operations to support business growth.

Role Overview
- Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and working capital requirements to ensure smooth business operations.
- Oversee utilization and monitoring of fund-based and non-fund-based banking facilities such as Cash Credit (CC), Overdraft (OD), Letters of Credit (LCs), Bank Guarantees (BGs), and SBLCs.
- Handle end-to-end Trade Finance operations, including Import/Export LCs, DA/DP Bills, Buyers' Credit, Suppliers' Credit, and Bill Discounting.
- Manage issuance, amendment, negotiation, renewal, and closure of LCs, BGs, and SBLCs in coordination with banks and business teams.




- Ensure timely settlement of import/export transactions, trade-related payments, bills of exchange, and banking obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, pricing negotiations, and treasury support.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, FEMA, banking regulations, and trade finance guidelines, including documentation and statutory reporting.
- Prepare and submit CMA data, stock statements, drawing power calculations, covenant compliance reports, and banking MIS.
- Drive working capital optimization initiatives through factoring, channel financing, supply chain finance, and other liquidity enhancement mechanisms.
- Monitor interest costs, bank charges, treasury reconciliations, shipping bills, bills of entry, and foreign trade transactions to ensure cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
