Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive new business growth for the company through outbound channels such as email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other lead generation methods. This role is ideal for someone who can build a sales pipeline from scratch, lead outreach strategy, and convert leads into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate new business, including email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns
- Identify and research potential clients/leads through LinkedIn, industry databases, and other online sources
- Design and run outbound email marketing campaigns to generate leads and set up meetings
- Lead LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connection requests, InMail, content engagement) to build relationships with prospects
- Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel from first contact to close
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls/demos with prospective clients
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)




- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and close deals
- Set, track, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Track and report on outreach metrics (open rates, response rates, conversion rates)
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and outreach strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Mentor junior sales staff, if applicable

Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, with a strong track record in outbound/new business generation
- Proven experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Apollo, Instantly) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with cold outreach
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline end-to-end
