Your Role - Job Role

As a SAP WFS Consultant, you will :
- Gather and analyze business requirements related to workforce management and time tracking.
- Configure and implement Workforce Software (WFS) modules.Design Time Attendance, Scheduling, Leave, and Absence Management solutions.Integrate WFS with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Payroll, and other HR systems.Configure work schedules, pay rules, accruals, attendance policies, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
- Develop functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve WFS production issues.Provide end-user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and project managers for successful delivery.

Your Profile - Skills Required :




- 6+ years of Workforce Software implementation experience.Experience in at least one end-to-end WFS implementation project.
- Strong understanding of Workforce.
- PT102/PT103 certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
