The Project Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating various aspects of project management activities within the organization. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope and schedule. The Deputy Manager Project Manager assists in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with keen attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- End-to-End Program and Project Management.
- Meeting stakeholders for requirement gathering, understanding and solutioning.
- Simplifying the process through digitalization and automation along with infusing technologies.
- Creating, discussion and explanation (Walk through) of Business Requirement Document to stakeholders.
- FDD (Functional Design Document) discussions with stakeholders
- Facilitating various strategies roll outs along with consultants.
- Functional Testing of various digital projects to identify bugs in the system and reporting them in a structured manner for fixes.
- Definition & Standardization of business structures, rules, and logics for Sales processes in Greenlam that can be leveraged across applications through interaction with various stakeholders across all functional teams.
- Ensuring smooth integration of existing applications
- Woking on the New Features/ Functionalities and Change in the existing Features/ Functionalities based on various feedback from stakeholders.
- Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities.
- Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution, and reporting the results to the relevant people.
