Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with a technical background and strong communication skills to drive sales of Cast Polyurethane (PU) Products across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and business objectives across assigned regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify recent customers, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and convert leads into sales.
- Identify industry requirements and opportunities for Cast PU solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the factory team for suitable technical proposals.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market development.
- Deliver technical presentations to consultants, manufacturers, and clients.
- Coordinate the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order booking and product delivery.
- Follow up for timely payment collection and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably technical/B2B/industrial sales.
- Knowledge of Cast PU / Polyurethane products will be an advantage.
- Good English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
