Key Responsibilities:

Sell residential and commercial properties across Pune, with a primary focus on East Pune.
- Handle residential and commercial leasing requirements.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties based on budget, location and investment objectives.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, developers and channel partners.
- Negotiate effectively and assist clients throughout the sales/transaction process.
- Maintain accurate records and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Work towards and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on new projects, inventory, pricing, payment plans and developments across East Pune.
- Represent EV Realty professionally when interacting with clients, developers and other industry professionals.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in East Pune real estate.




- Prior experience in property sales is mandatory; leasing experience is an added advantage.
- Fluent communication in English, Hindi and Marathi non-negotiable.
- Strong verbal communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Good understanding of East Pune's residential and commercial real estate market.
- Must be comfortable with cold calling, lead follow-ups and client meetings.
- Must have a valid professional wardrobe and be willing to wear a formal suit every working day.
- Excellent grooming, personal hygiene and professional presentation are mandatory.
- Candidates must maintain a polished and presentable appearance while representing the company.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, discipline and a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a sales team.
