Role Overview

We are looking for a young, agile, and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand-building and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should be an ideas-driven qualified who can create high-impact campaigns, drive retail sales, and manage the brand s online presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen the brand identity across retail, digital, and outdoor channels.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute marketing campaigns to drive footfall, engagement, and brand recall.
- Develop creative, cost-effective marketing initiatives with strong ROI.
- Drive marketing initiatives that contribute directly to retail footfall and sales growth.
- Manage the brand s digital and social media presence, including content calendars and online platforms.
- Track campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact, and optimize marketing activities accordingly.
- Coordinate with retail, sales,



and design teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
- Monitor competitor activity, fashion trends, market developments, and consumer preferences.

Candidate Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field.
- Experience in fashion, retail, or apparel will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms.
- Proven ability to execute impactful campaigns with limited budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track campaign metrics, ROI, and sales impact.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
- Proactive, energetic, entrepreneurial, and ideas-first approach.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
