The
Regional Business Head
will be responsible for overseeing the entire salesand operations of multiple Apple Stores across
Andhrapradesh & Telangana
. This leadership role entails driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, managing store operations, and leading a team of Store Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, proven leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Apple’s brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management and Strategy:
- Develop and implement regionalsales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics,providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketingteam to plan and executeregional marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Ensure stores meet or exceed sales goals, includingnew product launchesand key sales periods.

Operational Excellence:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store layout optimization.




- Ensure compliance with Apple’s operational policies and procedures.
- Implement and monitor processes to maintain high standards of store cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Utilize data and analytics to optimize store operations and drive efficiencies.
