Role Overview

The Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple business functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for both technology and non-technology roles, leadership hiring, stakeholder management, sourcing strategy, ATS management, recruitment analytics, and pipeline optimization.

This role requires a proactive recruiter who can build strong relationships with business leaders, create robust talent pipelines, and consistently deliver quality hires within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment life cycle from requisition intake to offer rollout and onboarding.
- Handle hiring across:
- Technology roles (Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Non-Technology roles (Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, etc.)
- Mid to Senior Leadership positions.
- Drive direct sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, networking,



and other talent channels.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active talent.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce requirements.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to stakeholders.
- Conduct regular hiring reviews and provide market intelligence, hiring trends, and talent availability insights.
- Ensure seamless communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Talent Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Create talent pools for critical and recurring business positions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Establish long-term relationships with high-potential talent.

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key recruitment metrics including:
- Time to Fill
- Time to Hire
- Of
