Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled Piping Stress Engineer with 3-5 years of relevant experience in piping stress analysis and engineering. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in CAESAR II and experience working on Power.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform piping stress analysis for process, utility, and critical piping systems in accordance with project specifications and applicable codes.
- Develop and review piping stress analysis models using CAESAR II or equivalent software.
- Evaluate piping systems for sustained, thermal, occasional, expansion, and operating loads.
- Perform flexibility analysis and ensure piping systems meet allowable stress and displacement requirements.
- Calculate and evaluate nozzle loads for equipment such as pumps, compressors, vessels,



heat exchangers, and turbines.
- Assess pipe supports, restraints, anchors, guides, and spring supports based on stress analysis results.
- Prepare stress analysis reports, calculations, stress isometrics, load summaries, and support recommendations.
- Review piping layouts, isometrics, P&IDs;, equipment drawings, and line lists for stress-related requirements.
- Coordinate with piping design, mechanical, civil/structural, process, and equipment engineering teams.
- Resolve piping flexibility, vibration, thermal expansion, and support-related issues.
