About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their property requirements, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate current leads through calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and other sources.
- Contact potential buyers and investors to understand their property requirements.
- Explain property projects, locations, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and investment benefits.
- Schedule and conduct property/project site visits with prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads regularly and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Negotiate with customers and assist them throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the marketing, CRM, and closing teams to ensure smooth transactions.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, pricing, and recent property launches.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in real estate, property sales, BFSI, automobile, or another sales-driven industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
