Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced OT Developer with strong expertise in Industrial Automation, PLC Programming, SCADA, and HMI development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, configuring, testing, and deploying automation solutions for industrial systems while ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC, SCADA, and HMI applications.
- Develop automation logic using Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), and SCL.
- Configure and program Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or Omron PLCs.
- Work on SCADA systems including WinCC, PCS7, Wonderware, Ignition, or similar platforms.
- Perform system integration, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and maintain industrial software libraries and reusable automation components.
- Support factory acceptance testing (FAT)



and site acceptance testing (SAT).
- Analyze and resolve control system issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and project teams to deliver automation projects.
- Prepare technical documentation, test reports, and design specifications.

Required Skills
- Strong experience in PLC Programming.
- Hands-on experience with SCADA and HMI development.
- Experience with Siemens TIA Portal and/or PCS7.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley (RSLogix / Studio 5000), Schneider Unity Pro, or Omron Sysmac Studio.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols:
- Profinet
- Profibus
- Modbus
- RS232/RS485
- Knowledge of VFDs, Drives, and Control Systems.
- Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation systems.
- Understanding of electrical control panels and industrial instrumentation.
