Job Purpose

To generate service business for the dealership by attracting recent customers, retaining existing customers, promoting service offers, and increasing customer visits and revenue through effective marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate service leads through telecalling, customer follow-ups, field visits, and local marketing activities.
- Contact existing customers for periodic service, vehicle maintenance, insurance renewal, warranty, and repair requirements.
- Promote dealership service offers, campaigns, accessories, value-added services, and seasonal check-up camps.
- Conduct customer outreach activities in the local market, including corporate visits, apartment/community campaigns, and customer awareness programs.




- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and CRM team to convert leads into service appointments.
- Follow up with customers who have not visited the dealership for a long period.
- Maintain and update customer databases, lead records, follow-up status, and appointment details.
- Achieve monthly targets for service leads, appointments, customer retention, and service revenue.
- Collect customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer retention.
- Support the dealership during service camps, promotional events, roadshows, and customer engagement activities.
- Monitor competitor offers and local market activities and report relevant information to the management.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth handling of customers generated through marketing activities.
