Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and contributing to the company’s overall growth.

The candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and a strong interest in marketing and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage social media platforms and coordinate marketing content.
- Generate and follow up on leads through various marketing channels.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and business growth.
- Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and promotional content.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.




- Identify new marketing opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities, events, and campaigns.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Creative thinking with a result-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
