This is a client-facing role involving customer interaction, requirement understanding, relationship building and business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective clients through calls, meetings, LinkedIn, email and field visits.
- Understand client requirements, HR processes, challenges and pain points.
- Build strong and professional relationships with prospects and clients.
- Understand customer needs and communicate relevant HRMS solutions.
- Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
- Support product discussions, demos and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal Sales, Product and Pre-Sales teams.
- Maintain accurate client and lead information in CRM/Google Sheets.
