Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Visit construction sites and ongoing projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Meet and coordinate with clients, builders, contractors, architects, and site engineers.
- Collect project drawings, floor plans, measurements, and other requirements from the site/client.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal design, estimation, and sales teams.
- Generate new leads and identify projects requiring aluminium and uPVC doors and windows.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, drawings, requirements, and order confirmation.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Maintain records of site visits, leads, drawings, and client follow-ups.




- Provide regular updates to management regarding project status and potential business opportunities.
- Assist in converting leads and site visits into confirmed orders.

Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma in any relevant field.
- Good communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work at construction sites.
- Basic understanding of construction drawings and building projects is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
