- 6-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong background in enterprise automation and platform modernization

- Proven experience leading large-scale WinBatch or legacy automation migration programmes to C# / .NET
- Robust hands-on expertise in C#, .NET, and Windows-based automation design and execution
- Deep understanding of WinBatch scripting and translation of WinBatch logic into scalable C# implementations
- Ownership of automation solution design, coding standards, logging, exception handling, and retry mechanisms
- Strong experience with MS SQL, including data modelling considerations and validation of automation outputs
- Working knowledge of Python for supporting utilities, scripts, or data handling where required
- Strong experience handling JSON-based inputs/outputs and configuration-driven automation design
- Ability to design and govern batch processing,



file handling, schedulers, and service-based automations
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines to support build, validation, and deployment of automation solutions
- Hands-on experience reviewing automation quality gates and static analysis outputs in CI/CD pipelines
- Strong proficiency with GIT repositories for version control, branching strategy, and release management
- Lead technical design reviews and ensure consistency across multiple PODs
- Guide developers and testers on automation standards, best practices, and reusable patterns
- Ensure functional parity and controlled behaviour during WinBatch to C# conversion
- Act as the primary technical interface with stakeholders
