Role Description
The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dharmapuri. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, documentation, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll inputs. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day employee relations, address queries, assist in resolving workplace issues, and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.



The role includes coordinating recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, assisting with performance management processes, and supporting training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management and project teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, while contributing to a positive and productive work workplace.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
- Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HR systems, and maintaining accurate employee records.
