The Lead Strategic Partnerships will be responsible for driving growth, building high-impact hospital partnerships, and scaling the Hospitech business. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, business development expertise, and execution rigor.
Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Identify current business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare ecosystems. • Track industry trends, competition, and customer insights to refine strategy. Business Development • Lead sales and partnership efforts with hospitals and healthcare stakeholders. • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships ensuring long-term value. Merchant Engagement & Relationship Management • Deliver monthly MIS and performance insights to partners. • Conduct regular stakeholder visits. • Lead training initiatives for hospital teams. Marketing & Ecosystem Engagement • Represent the organization at healthcare events and forums.
• Drive engagement initiatives such as CMEs. • Collaborate on marketing campaigns to increase adoption. Product & Service Innovation • Work with product teams to design customized financing journeys. • Enhance offerings to improve customer experience. Operational Excellence • Streamline processes for seamless execution. • Track performance metrics and merchant satisfaction. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure adherence to risk policies • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Preferred Skills & Experience • MBA in Business, Finance, Healthcare, or Hospital Administration (preferred). • 5+ years in BD, Sales in Fintech / Healthcare • Strong track record in revenue growth and partnerships. • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven mindset with analytical ability. • Strong business acumen and execution focus.
