• Strong experience selling SaaS, IT services, software solutions, automation, or technology products
• Proven B2B / enterprise sales experience
• Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills
• Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle
• Confident negotiator with a solid closing mindset
• Comfortable working on a 100% commission-based model
