Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors Compensation management solutions for clients.
- Analyze client requirements and develop customized compensation plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation processes with other HR systems.
- Provide training and support to clients on the use of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation implementation, configuration, or consulting.
- Solid understanding of compensation planning principles and practices.
- Experience working with various types of payroll processing systems (e.g., ADP, Paychex).
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
