- 7+ years of hands-on experience with
Oracle ASAP 7.2.0 / 7.3
- Strong experience in
ASAP installation, upgrade & configuration
- Experience with
WebLogic, DB RAC & patching
- Hands-on experience with
OCA, OCA Client Templates & order testing
- ASAP cartridge
design, development, testing & deployment
- Strong troubleshooting and
failed-order analysis
- Working knowledge of
Oracle Design Studio
- Good knowledge of
UNIX/Linux & Shell Scripting
- Robust skills in
Java, SQL, XML & Web Services
- Experience in
Telecom Provisioning Operations
- Ability to handle customer interactions and work in shifts
- BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in
Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications
