Role Overview

The IT Administrator will be responsible for supporting end users, managing desktops/laptops, handling Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration, supporting Intune-based device management, and assisting with firewall, VPN, and IT security-related tasks.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting, resolving technical issues independently, and supporting employees across hardware, software, email, network, and collaboration tools.

Exposure to WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and design tools such as Canva or Photoshop will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & System Administration
- Provide day-to-day desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral support to end users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, network, Outlook, and Microsoft 365 issues.
- Install, configure, patch,



and maintain Windows desktops and laptops.
- Assemble PCs, upgrade hardware, install operating systems, and support system imaging/deployment.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding from an IT access and device perspective.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system records, and basic documentation.

Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Intune
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange.
- Create, modify, and disable user accounts, groups, permissions, and policies in Active Directory.
- Support Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, configuration, and basic endpoint management.
- Assist with email setup, Outlook troubleshooting, mailbox access, distribution groups, and MFA-related support.

Network, Firewall & Security Support
- Support basic firewall administration, preferably with hands-on experience in Sophos.
