The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and executing social media campaigns that strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the companys social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X.
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Create compelling captions and coordinate with the design team for creative assets.
- Execute social media campaigns to improve brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Respond to comments and messages when required.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to promote company events, achievements, hiring campaigns, and product updates.




- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all social media channels.
Requirements
- 1.5-2 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing with a robust focus on Social Media Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven experience managing social media pages for a company or brand.
- Experience planning and executing social media posts and campaigns.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and Canva or similar creative tools will be an added advantage.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
