We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development Executive based in Chennai to expand our client portfolio. In this 100% remote role, you will lead B2B client acquisition by identifying, pitching, and closing businesses in need of performance-driven digital marketing solutions—including SEO, Social Media Marketing (Meta & LinkedIn Ads), PPC/Google Ads, Content Strategy, and Website Development.

The ideal candidate understands digital marketing fundamentals, excels at consultative selling, and can independently manage a remote sales funnel from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Gen: Identify and outreach to SMBs, mid-market companies, and brand decision-makers (CEOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors) via cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
- Consultative Selling & Discovery: Conduct virtual discovery meetings to analyze prospective clients' current digital presence, identify marketing pain points, and align our services with their growth goals.
- Proposal & Pitch Creation:



Collaborate with the internal strategy team to present customized pitch decks, digital strategy proposals, and pricing scopes.
- Closing & Contract Execution: Lead commercial negotiations, address objections, finalize service scope agreements, and close high-value retainer or project-based deals.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain clean records of all prospective accounts, lead stages, follow-ups, and sales activities in our CRM.
- Market Insights: Keep up with regional and global digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging industries to refine sales messaging.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Based in or near Chennai (for convenient timezone alignment, virtual team communication, and occasional local alignment if required).
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically selling Digital Marketing Services, Creative Agency Services, or Web Development.
