QRole & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end export and import documentation and shipment execution.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, airlines, CHA, and transporters.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of international shipments.
- Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics issues.
- Prepare and verify export/import documents, including:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading/Air Waybill
- Certificate of Origin
- Shipping Bill
- Letter of Credit (LC) documentation /Discounting
- Bill of Entry
- Insurance documents
- Other statutory documents as required
- Ensure compliance with Customs regulations, DGFT guidelines, FEMA, RBI, GST, and other applicable laws.
- Coordinate customs clearance activities with CHAs.
- Manage import/export licenses, IEC, RCMC, EPCG, Advance Authorization, and other statutory requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in international trade regulations.
- Optimize freight costs and transit times.
- Negotiate rates with logistics service providers.




- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve shipment delays and customs-related issues.
- Liaise with production, planning, procurement, finance, QA, and sales teams for shipment planning.
- Coordinate with overseas customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely submission of shipping documents to banks and customers.
- Monitor logistics and freight expenses.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvements.
- Maintain shipping budgets and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate EXIM records.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Ensure documentation complies with ISO and company quality systems.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports covering:
- Export/Import shipments
- Freight costs
- Shipment performance
- Customs clearance status
- Pending documentation
- Compliance status

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience: 8-15 years
- Department Marketing or BD
- Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
